Below is a standard project timescale. Please note this is an approximation and project timescales can vary, subject to type of works, sizes, complexity and current work load.

Our fees for the design phase include a survey of the existing property or proposed site, the production of all plans required for planning permission, unlimited reasonable alteration requests on the drawings, submission of the plans for planning permission, and any subsequent alterations needed to get planning consent by local authority.

Our fee does not include building regulation drawings, planning application fee or structural calculation. Planning application fee is directly paid by the client to the local authority.
